Role Overview

We are seeking an Associate Creative Director who lives and breathes films and has a strong passion for advertising. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in small, agile teams and wants to make a direct creative impact while working closely with the Founder. We are looking for someone who is not just commercially driven but also motivated to create films that deliver social impact, especially in the space of CSR and public awareness campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end creative direction for films, commercials, and branded content.
  • Write compelling scripts, campaign ideas, and creative treatments aligned with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with writers, cinematographers, editors, and designers to bring stories to life.
  • Work directly with the Founder to shape creative strategies and campaign narratives.
  • Balance creativity with client objectives, ensuring impactful and memorable content.
  • Drive innovation by staying ahead of trends in advertising, cinema, and digital storytelling.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in creative direction, advertising, or filmmaking.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, campaign ideation, and execution.
  • A filmmaker at heart—cinema, visuals, and narrative craft excite you.
  • Comfortable working in small teams with high accountability.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
  • Plus point:
    Prior work in the Marathi film industry or regional-language campaigns.
