Job Title Manager - Finance Accounts Job Summary As a Manager- Finance Accounts you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business You will play a key role in maintaining financial health implementing financial strategies and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements This position reports directly to the Director - Client Solutions Director - Corporate Functions and Managing Director You also require strong leadership analytical skills and a deep understanding of accounting principles in the Indian context Key Responsibilities Excellent Knowledge of Accounting Software Such as Tally Proficiency in MS Office is also needed Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures specific to the Indian Foreign markets to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations Prepare and analyze financial statements budgets and forecasts tailored to the business and provide insights and recommendations to senior management Manage the day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable receivable payroll and general ledger entries adhering to legal accounting standards and regulations Conduct regular financial audits to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Monitor cash flow banking activities and financial investments in the market to optimize financial performance Coordinate with external auditors tax consultants and financial institutions as needed Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns and ensure timely payment of taxes Collaborate with other departments in the office to support financial decision-making and strategic planning Mentor and train finance team members to enhance their skills and performance Stay updated with Indian Foreign industry trends regulations and best practices to drive continuous improvement in financial processes Required Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance roles in India with at least 8 years in a managerial position Proficiency in Indian accounting standards taxation and regulatory requirements Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make strategic recommendations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance in the Indian market Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Location Thane Qualification Bachelor s degree in Commerce Master s degree in Commerce MBA in Finance Chartered Accountant CFA Experience 5-8 Years Job Type Full-time Pay 600 000 00 - 700 000 00 per year Schedule Day shift Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Accounting 5 years Preferred total work 5 years Preferred Work Location In person
