City Greens is seeking a dynamic Sr E-Commerce Manager to join our growing team with 5 years of experience In this pivotal role you will be the Profit and Loss PnL owner for our e-commerce operations which include our proprietary online store as well as third-party platforms like Amazon and Flipkart Your primary responsibilities will involve overseeing all aspects of e-commerce sales from strategizing and executing sales plans to optimizing our online presence and driving revenue growth Key Responsibilities E-commerce Strategy Growth Develop and implement strategic plans to drive online sales customer acquisition and retention Identify and capitalize on emerging e-commerce trends technologies and best practices Platform Management Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website s and marketplace channels e g Amazon Flipkart Ensure accurate product listings pricing inventory updates and promotional campaigns Team Leadership Lead mentor and manage the e-commerce team to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing logistics and customer service Data Analytics Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as conversion rates customer acquisition costs and ROI Prepare regular reports for senior management with actionable insights Customer Experience Optimization Enhance website UI UX to improve customer engagement and reduce bounce rates Manage customer feedback channels to ensure a high level of satisfaction Marketing Promotions Coordinate with digital marketing teams on SEO SEM email marketing and social media campaigns Plan and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns to maximize sales Requirements Proven experience in e-commerce sales management particularly with platforms like Amazon and Flipkart Strong background in digital marketing including SEO social media marketing on platforms like Instagram and online ad campaigns on Amazon and Google Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to take initiative and drive results Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong leadership capabilities and experience in managing teams Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Benefits A competitive salary package with a fixed component of INR 40 000- 50 000 per month Health Insurance Opportunity to work independently and prove your capabilities in a thriving company Chance to be at the forefront of the e-commerce industry and directly influence the growth and success of the business If you are a motivated individual with a passion for e-commerce and a track record of driving growth City Greens offers you the perfect platform to demonstrate your abilities and grow your career Apply now to become a part of our innovative team
