Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors such as manufacturing steel power and engineering Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products solutions Conduct client visits technical presentations and product demonstrations Generate inquiries and prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations Negotiate contracts pricing and payment terms with clients Coordinate with internal technical logistics and service teams to ensure timely delivery and support Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business Track competitors activities pricing and market trends Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets Maintain accurate records of sales leads customer interactions and reports through CRM tools Requirements Bachelor s Diploma in Mechanical Electrical Industrial Engineering or related field 2-5 years of experience in industrial or B2B technical sales Good knowledge of industrial products like machinery tools equipment or automation systems Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Willingness to travel frequently to client locations and industrial sites Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Experience Technical sales Engineer 5 years Required Industrial Sales Engineer 5 years Required Sales Engineer 5 years Required Work Location In person
