Job description :A Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company’s products or services. Experience: 3 to 5 years (3 years of experience in digital marketing required)Qualification: Any graduate or post graduate or MBA in (Marketing/Sales) or related field with an excellent understanding of Digital Marketing.Key Responsibilities:1. Social Media Management• Platform Management: Manage the companys presence on social media platforms, including content planning and posting.• Community Engagement: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and monitor online reviews and feedback.• Social Media Advertising: Create and manage social media ad campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.4. Analytics and Reporting• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics software.• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, and other key metrics to share with stakeholders.• Data-Driven Decisions: Use data insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies.5. Collaboration and Coordination• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, including designers, writers, and other specialists, to execute campaigns.• Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.• External Partners: Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed.6. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)• Database Management: Manage and utilize the company’s CRM system to track customer interactions and data.• Lead Generation and Nurturing: Develop strategies for lead generation and nurturing to convert prospects into customers.7. Innovation and Trend Monitoring• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.• Experimentation: Test new marketing techniques and strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.8.
