Process Overview. Analytics, Risk and Quants (ARQ)supports global businesses of the Bank with solutions requiring judgment application, sound business understanding and analytical perspective. The domain experience in the areas of Financial Research & Analysis, Quantitative Modeling, Risk Management and Prospecting Support provide solutions for revenue enhancement, risk mitigation and cost optimization. The division comprising of highly qualified associates operates from three locations i.e, Mumbai, Gurgaon & Hyderabad. Job Description. The Cross Asset Quants in India team supports a broad set of work in conjunction with employees located in Europe and the US. The work includes development and support of a Quantitative application using Python libraries, AMPS, AmCharts5, Dash and many other in-house tools. This is a high visibility role and would entail regular exposure to senior management. Responsibilities. - Design and Development of the back-end of a Quantitative application - Lead the development of key projects by discussing with Senior Management - Effective communication with internal clients and partners and articulate the requirements - Liaising with technology and QA partners to deliver new features - Maintain and develop documentation on processes where needed - Addressing ad-hoc requests from trading and sales partners - Adhering to strict deadlines Requirements. - Education. - Bachelors or Masters in a quantitative / technical discipline with background in programming - Top tier - IITs, NITs etc. - Certifications If Any NA - Experience Range. - 3 - 4 years of experience - Foundationalskills. - Programming proficiency - Good Quantitative skills. Knowledge of following is preferred: - Time series Analysis - Probability theory - Statistical Analysis - Excellent numerical and analytical skills - Attention to details and accuracy a must - Demonstrate ownership of task, responsibility of deliverables - Willingness to learn - Strong work ethic - Strong Written and Oral Communication - Team player - Desired skills. - Speaking / presentation skills in a professional setting - Exposure to web services technologies - Candidate must have prior experience working in a collaborative team environment.
