Olga Resorts is seeking a poised and service-driven Restaurant Captain to lead front-of-house operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests As a key member of the Food Beverage team the Restaurant Captain ensures smooth coordination between staff guests and kitchen operations while maintaining the resort s high standards of hospitality Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations ensuring prompt courteous and professional service Lead train and motivate service staff to uphold quality consistency and guest satisfaction Greet guests oversee seating arrangements and handle special requests or complaints with discretion and efficiency Liaise with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery Monitor cleanliness presentation and ambiance of the dining area to maintain a premium atmosphere Assist with inventory control order supplies and ensure adherence to health and safety standards Support the Restaurant Manager in scheduling performance evaluations and implementing service improvements Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 16 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location In person
