Our AI-first platforms power automation in recruitment, sales, and workforce management using LLMs, RAG, and intelligent workflows. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: - Design & deploy LLM-powered GenAI solutions and RAG pipelines - Lead full AI lifecycle – data to deployment - Build scalable, production-grade ML/LLM systems (Docker/Kubernetes) - Implement CI/CD, MLOps, and observability workflows - Collaborate across teams to deliver real-world AI solutions 🔹 Requirements: - 8–12 years’ experience in AI/ML/DL (2+ years in GenAI & LLMs) - Strong in Python/C++, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face - Hands-on with RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) - Expertise in CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins) and Terraform
