Our AI-first platforms power automation in recruitment, sales, and workforce management using LLMs, RAG, and intelligent workflows.Key Responsibilities:- Design & deploy LLM-powered GenAI solutions and RAG pipelines- Lead full AI lifecycle – data to deployment- Build scalable, production-grade ML/LLM systems (Docker/Kubernetes)- Implement CI/CD, MLOps, and observability workflows- Collaborate across teams to deliver real-world AI solutionsRequirements:- 8–12 years’ experience in AI/ML/DL (2+ years in GenAI & LLMs)- Strong in Python/C++, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face- Hands-on with RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)- Expertise in CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins) and Terraform
