Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable IT Support & Junior/Mid Level Developer to join our team. This role begins with a focus on data management and IT support, while offering opportunities to participate in light development work. Over time, you will transition into a full-time developer role, gaining hands-on experience with web, mobile, and cloud-based technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Management & IT Support (Initial Focus)

- Accurately manage and update data within company systems and applications.

- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

- Respond to incidents, troubleshoot problems, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

- Maintain clear documentation of technical processes, support activities, and issue resolutions.

2. Application & Software Development (Growth Area)

- Contribute to light development tasks under the guidance of senior developers.

- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of web and mobile applications.

- Work with modern technologies, including:

Frontend: Vue.js, React Native, Expo

Backend: Laravel, PHP, Python

Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL

Cloud: AWS

CMS: WordPress

- Participate in testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure stable, high-quality

applications.

3. Database & Cloud Management

- Manage and optimize MySQL and PostgreSQL databases for accuracy, performance, and security.

- Support deployment, scaling, and maintenance of applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.

4. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

- Work closely with team members to understand technical requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Participate in team meetings, project discussions, and planning sessions.

- Engage in continuous learning, professional development, and mentorship programs to advance

toward a developer-focused role.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Strong computer literacy with attention to detail.

- Experience or strong interest in IT support, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of full-stack development principles.

- Familiarity or willingness to learn:

Frontend: Vue.js, React Native, Expo

Backend: Laravel, PHP, Python

Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL

Cloud: AWS

CMS: WordPress

- Experience with Android app development is an advantage.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

- Flexibility to work day and night shifts.
