About the Position You will translate intricate concepts into platform-optimised visuals—IG carousels, reel covers, motion snippets, pitch decks and complete brand kits. Working hand-in-glove with an Editor and Production Assistant, you’ll set MATA’s visual language across every touchpoint while harnessing AI tools to accelerate quality output. Experience & Traits Experience level: 1-3 years via internships, freelance gigs, or a junior agency role—enthusiastic freshers welcome if the portfolio shines. - Tool Stack: confident in Illustrator or Photoshop; bonus points for Figma,Canva, After Effects or CapCut. - Creative Eye: Strong sense of typography, colour theory, compositions - Trend-Savvy: Stays up to date with design trends and applies them to our work - Soft skills: detail-oriented, receptive to feedback, able to juggle multiple briefs and hit deadlines.
