Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Create visually appealing graphics for use in digital and print media, including websites, brochures, ads, and more.
- Develop compelling designs that align with our brand identity and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional materials and campaign visuals.
- **Social Media Content Creation**:

- Design and create graphics for social media posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual style that reflects the brand’s voice and aesthetic.
- Stay up-to-date with current social media trends and incorporate them into the content strategy.
- **Reel and YouTube Video Editing**:

- Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media reels and stories.
- Edit and produce engaging YouTube videos, including storyboarding, editing, adding graphics, sound, and special effects.
- Utilize creative video editing techniques to enhance engagement and viewer experience.
- Work closely with the social media team to brainstorm and execute video content ideas.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Social Media Content Creator, or similar role.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design and video work.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their respective design requirements.
- Experience in editing videos for YouTube, including knowledge of best practices for engagement and SEO.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Creative flair, attention to detail, and a passion for visual storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Experience in motion graphics and animation.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics.
- Knowledge of web design principles and experience with website design tools.

How to Apply:
