Introduction We are looking for an experienced and certified Beauty Therapist / Beauty Trainer to join our team and train students in beauty therapy, massage therapy, and cosmetology-related courses. Training & Mentoring Students Conduct classroom and practical sessions on beauty therapy, massage therapy, and cosmetology techniques. Develop comprehensive lesson plans, training schedules, and assessment methodologies. Demonstrate various beauty treatments including facials, skincare routines, hair treatments, and makeup applications. Train students on different types of massage therapies including Swedish, Thai, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and reflexology. Ensure that students develop strong practical skills along with theoretical knowledge. Provide personalized feedback and guidance to improve student performance. 2. Course Development & Curriculum Enhancement Collaborate with management to design and update training modules based on industry standards. Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques and integrate them into the curriculum. Ensure that all teaching materials and manuals are comprehensive, easy to follow, and industry-relevant. Suggest innovative teaching methods and practical workshops to enhance student learning. 3. Practical Demonstrations & Hands-on Training Conduct live demonstrations of treatments and techniques for students to observe and learn. Supervise students during hands-on practice sessions and correct techniques when necessary. Ensure students understand hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices while performing treatments. Train students on proper product usage, handling, and client consultation techniques. 4. Student Assessment & Certification Conduct regular tests, practical exams, and evaluations to assess student progress. Maintain accurate attendance records, performance reports, and grading sheets. Provide constructive feedback and extra support to students who need improvement. Assist in preparing students for industry certifications and professional exams. 5. Client Interaction & Service Training Teach students client communication skills and how to perform effective consultations. Train students to understand customer needs, recommend treatments, and deliver personalized services. Educate students on product knowledge to improve client satisfaction and service quality. 6. Professional Development & Industry Updates Keep up to date with the latest advancements in beauty therapy, cosmetology, and wellness techniques. Attend workshops, seminars, and certification programs to enhance training quality. Share industry insights, upcoming trends, and career guidance with students.Required Skills & Competencies1. Technical Skills In-depth knowledge of cosmetology, beauty therapy, skincare, and haircare techniques. Hands-on experience with massage therapies, spa treatments, and body care. Familiarity with modern beauty equipment and tools. Strong understanding of health, hygiene, and safety protocols. 2. Training & Teaching Skills Ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs effectively. Excellent presentation and demonstration skills for practical sessions. Patience and enthusiasm for mentoring students. Capability to simplify complex beauty concepts for better understanding. 3.
