Job Description Job Title: Product Manager Urology Location: Mumbai (Andheri E) Position Summary: The Product Manager Urology will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of urology-related medical devices from strategic planning to execution. This role requires a deep understanding of the urology segment, competitor landscape, clinical environment, and customer needs. The incumbent will collaborate with R&D, sales, marketing, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product positioning, development, launch, and performance in the market. Key Responsibilities: - Product Strategy & Roadmap: - Develop and execute strategic product plans for the urology portfolio (e.g., , stents, catheters, ureteroscopes, Holmium laser, TFL etc.). - Define product roadmap based on market trends, voice of customer (VOC), and clinical needs. - Conduct SWOT analysis and competitive benchmarking for product portfolio decisions. - New Product Development & Launch: - Work closely with R&D and clinical teams to guide new product development. - Lead product launch planning including KOL engagement, training, go-to-market strategy, pricing, and promotional materials. - Define product claims and collaborate with regulatory teams for submissions and approvals. - Marketing & Business Development: - Design and implement marketing campaigns, CME activities, workshops, and events to build brand awareness. - Develop sales tools, presentations, and clinical data sheets for field use. - Collaborate with regional sales teams to drive revenue, improve product uptake, and achieve sales targets. - Market Intelligence: - Gather insights from the field regarding customer needs, product performance, and competitor activity. - Monitor market trends and identify emerging opportunities in urology and endourology segments. - Training & Support: - Provide product and clinical training to internal sales teams, distributors, and healthcare professionals. - Address field inquiries and resolve product-related issues promptly. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management preferred. - 510 years of experience in the medical device OR Pharma industry, Preferred from Urology or Gastro and Laparoscopic background - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills. - Willingness to travel (3050%) domestically.
