We are looking for a passionate and skilled Sous Chef with hands-on expertise in Japanese and Korean cuisine to join our culinary team. You will play a key role in leading the kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and authenticity in every dish.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations and team management.
- Prepare and present high-quality Japanese and Korean dishes
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety standards are always maintained.
- Supervise food prep and maintain quality control throughout service.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff and help maintain a positive work environment.
- Monitor inventory and manage stock levels for Japanese & Korean ingredients.
- Innovate and suggest new dishes to enhance the menu offering.
- Ensure timely execution and consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Proven experience in Japanese & Korean cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of traditional cooking methods, flavor profiles, and plating techniques.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced kitchen and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
