The District RAMP Coordinator DRC will serve as a district-level resource to support MSMEs under the RAMP Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance program DRCs will be responsible for providing end-to-end guidance to MSMEs across business financial legal technical marketing and capacity-building functions Key responsibilities include Key Roles Responsibilities Policy Regulatory Support Advise MSMEs on regulatory and policy matters related to establishment operations and expansion Analyze policy constraints and opportunities based on stakeholder feedback and market trends Guide MSMEs on central and state schemes relevant to their business Market Access Promotion Conduct market research and gather product-related market intelligence Assist MSMEs in enhancing market access and participating in trade fairs exhibitions and campaigns Support empanelment with Original Equipment Manufacturers OEMs mentor networks and industry bodies Financial Legal Facilitation Provide guidance on financing strategies debt equity and connect MSMEs to tax and financial advisors Assist in preparation of loan documentation financial statements and compliance documents Facilitate legal consultation services and assist in dispute resolution bidding and contract review Technology Operations Support Support MSMEs in identifying suitable technology upgrades and link them with technology providers Consult on areas like logistics sourcing production warehousing and distribution Promote RAMP components and initiatives at the district level Capacity Building HR Development Assist MSMEs in planning and implementing employee capacity building and training programs Help identify skill gaps design learning materials and evaluate training effectiveness Organize and attend MSME-related workshops conferences and vocational training events Bid Tender Facilitation Review tender documents prepare bid presentations and assist in risk assessment Monitor bid management processes to ensure alignment with organizational requirements General Program Support Assist Implementing Agencies IAs DICs and State Project Implementation Unit SPIU in planning and implementing RAMP activities Support all district-level activities and directives issued by MSSIDC through the Project Head DIC or SPIU Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Reporting Authority Educational Qualification Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized institution Work Experience Minimum 3 years of experience working with Central or State government projects Prior experience in implementation of government schemes is essential Must be proficient in English Marathi and Hindi reading writing and speaking Preferred Skills Competencies Strong understanding of the MSME ecosystem government schemes and business challenges Excellent interpersonal communication and advisory skills Knowledge of financial legal and technological aspects of MSME operations Skilled in project coordination stakeholder engagement and reporting Ability to manage multifunctional tasks with attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools for documentation and reporting Location One position in each of the following 36 districts of Maharashtra Ahmednagar Akola Amravati Aurangabad Beed Bhandara Buldhana Chandrapur Dhule Gadchiroli Gondia Hingoli Jalgaon Jalna Kolhapur Latur Mumbai City Mumbai Suburban Nagpur Nanded Nandurbar Nashik Osmanabad Palghar Parbhani Pune Raigad Ratnagiri Sangli Satara Sindhudurg Solapur Thane Wardha Washim Yavatmal
