Hiring: Liaison Head - Mumbai

We are seeking a dynamic Liaison Head for a Listed Real Estate client in Mumbai.

About the Role

As a Liaison Head with a thorough knowledge of DCPR 2034 & extensive experience of Liaison across all planning authorities such as BMC, MHADA, SRA, MMRDA along with various approving authorities such as CFO, MoEFCC, MPCB, MCZMA

Responsibilities

- Manage liaison with authorities like BMC, BP, MoEFCC, CFO, DCPR 2034, MCGM, SRA for all project approvals.
- Ensure project compliance, guide teams on permissions, and handle all related documentation (drafting letters, legal inputs).
- Collaborate closely with design, finance, and legal teams, as well as external consultants.
- Conduct site visits for approval parameter checks and provide solutions for liaison queries.
- Oversee budget implementation, employee reviews, training, scheduling, and contract negotiations.
- Formulate policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Education: Civil Engineering / Architecture

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in documentation and compliance processes.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in the real estate sector.
- Familiarity with local regulations and authorities.
