Key Responsibilities: - Develop and executesocial media strategiesaligned with business goals. - Manage and grow presence on platforms such asFacebook , Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging platforms. - Should have hands-on exposure inFacebook Marketplace Management. - Create, curate, and publishengaging content(posts, reels, stories, videos, infographics, blogs). - Plan and managepaid campaigns (social ads)to drive awareness, traffic, and conversions. - Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and audience insights. - Track, analyze, and report onkey performance metrics(reach, engagement, ROI, conversions). - Collaborate with design/content teams or work hands-on with tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) for creative requirements. - Respond and engage with followers to buildcommunity interaction. - Stay updated with the latestsocial media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
