We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and

implementation of scalable, high-impact Salesforce solutions across our revenue

operations. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, Sales Operations and Finance to

streamline the Lead-to-Cash process, ensure data integrity, and drive operational

excellence.The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, development, and integration, thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is passionate about solving complex business challenges.

Location - This is a remote opportunity. But the base location of the role holder has to be Mumbai

Key Job Responsibilities -

- Architect and Design: Own the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce solutions

aligned with business objectives, with a focus on scalability, performance, and

maintainability across the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle.

- Solution Delivery: Drive the design, development, and deployment of

high-quality Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization (APEX,

Lightning, Visualforce), and third-party integrations.

- Cross-System Integration: Partner with engineering and systems teams to

integrate Salesforce seamlessly with other platforms to ensure consistent data

flow and accurate reporting.

- Best Practices & Governance: Define and enforce best practices around

Salesforce usage, security, data management, and compliance with industry

regulations.

- Module Expertise: Leverage expertise across Salesforce modules Sales

Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc. to configure and tailor the

platform to evolving business needs. Apply Salesforce best practices to enhance

system performance and scalability.

Preferred Qualification -

- 610 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, Administrator, or Application Architect are a strong plus.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration, customisation, and integration using APEX, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into efficient technical solutions. Demonstrable ability to drive end-to-end lifecycle, from conception to launch and post-launch support.
- Deep understanding of Lead to Cash processes and revenue operations within a SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with sales productivity and intelligence tools such as Salesloft,

ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or similar platforms)

- Background in high-growth B2B SaaS environments, with the agility to adapt in

fast-paced, evolving settings
