Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle from understanding job requirements to sourcing screening and onboarding suitable candidates This role requires strong communication skills a keen eye for talent and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Understand hiring requirements from clients or internal teams Source candidates through job portals Naukri Indeed Foundit social media and referrals Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients or hiring managers Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process shortlisting interview updates offer rollout onboarding Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring experience Achieve monthly hiring targets and meet client expectations Skills Requirements Bachelor s degree in any field preferred HR Management or related Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with job portals and social networking for recruitment Ability to multitask and manage priorities Proficient in MS Excel Google Sheets and email communication Join us as we strive to build a talented workforce that drives our success Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 13 000 00 per month Schedule Weekend only Language English Preferred Work Location In person
