About Position: We seek a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead in building the next generation of payment solutions that integrate with leading third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal. - Role: Cloud Support Engineer - Location: Pune - Experience: 6 to 8 Years - Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: - We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Cloud Support Engineer to join our team. - This role is ideal for professionals currently working at an AWS L5 level or equivalent, with strong experience in supporting production, internet-facing systems. - You will be responsible for managing cloud infrastructure, triaging alerts, scripting automation, and ensuring system reliability and performance. - Support production systems including Windows Server and web application servers. - Manage Active Directory and related services. - Write and maintain scripts using PowerShell, Bash, VBScript, etc., following company standards. Expertise You'll Bring: - Handle AWS-hosted applications, especially EC2 instances with load balancers. - Triage production alerts/outages using detailed runbooks and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA). - Ensure compliance with IT operations best practices: configuration management, change control, security, monitoring, and automation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams with a 2-hour overlap with EST time zone. - Strong experience with Windows Server OS and Active Directory. - Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, etc.). - Hands-on experience with AWS, especially EC2 and load balancers. - Familiarity with GitHub Actions and Jenkins for CI/CD. - Solid understanding of IP networking, routing, firewalls, and protocols (SMTP, HTTP, DNS, ICMP). - Knowledge of enterprise IT operations concepts and best practices. - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
