Job Title Factory Manager - Doors Plywood Manufacturing Location Malappuram Industry Doors Plywood Wood-based Manufacturing Qualification Graduate or Post Graduate Any discipline Technical qualification in Mechanical Production Industrial Engineering preferred but not mandatory Salary up to RS 85000-RS 100000 based on experience capability Job Summary We are looking for a highly experienced Factory Manager to lead and manage full production operations in our Doors manufacturing unit The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 20 years of experience in manufacturing with at least 10 years of experience specifically as Factory Manager in a branded plywood doors wood-based manufacturing company Key Responsibilities Production Operations Management Plan daily weekly and monthly production schedules Achieve production targets within time quality and cost parameters Monitor raw material usage and reduce wastage Quality Control Ensure products meet company and industry quality standards Implement monitor and improve SOPs across production stages Approve final goods before dispatch Machinery Maintenance Oversee functioning of CNC machines hydraulic press laminating machinery etc Reduce downtime through preventive maintenance planning Manpower Management Lead supervisors shift in-charge and workers Workforce planning training and performance management Ensure safe and disciplined work environment Reporting Coordination Daily weekly and monthly reporting to management Coordinate with purchase logistics and sales for production flow Vendor management for material sourcing and outsourced processes Required Experience Minimum 20 years of experience in manufacturing wood doors plywood industry mandatory Minimum 10 years experience as Factory Manager Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 85 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Work Location In person
