About the Role:

We're seeking an Assistant Manager – PL Site Execution & Growth to scale private label visibility and drive conversions through sharp execution, data insights, and collaboration across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Optimize on-site visibility across homepage, category pages & curations

Plan & execute promotional strategies (discounts, coupons, cart rules) to lift conversions

Monitor & improve KPIs – conversion, bounce rate, funnel efficiency, traffic split

Collaborate with CRM, Design, Marketing & Cataloguing teams for timely execution

Manage readiness of campaign creatives, banners & landing pages

Benchmark performance vs competition and deliver actionable insights to leadership

Requirements:

3–6 years in e-commerce operations / category management

Strong analytical mindset & data-driven decision-making

Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint for reporting and presentations

Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

Prior experience in private label management / fashion e-commerce

Background in funnel optimization & CX improvement
