Job Description

Responsibilities

- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes and design solutions.
- Act as internal consultant and design architect for SAP global solution, working with Business Partners.
- Develop, prototype, test and implement solution improvements to increase stability, usability, and functionality to enable end users to meet business objectives.
- Responsible for O2C, Sales & Customer Hierarchy and report to ZICC Product Expert.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and release notes.
- Good understanding of SAP ERP/S4HANA systems with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
- Engage in continuous performance tuning and reengineering of existing integrations to improve processing efficiency and reduce latency.

Organizational Relationships

- Interacting with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements, understand business processes, and ensure that integration solutions align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Participate in project planning activities, risk assessment, and scheduling for SAP projects.
- Interacting with external vendors or partners who provide software or services that need to be integrated with SAP systems.
- Work with implementation partners who may be responsible for deploying, configuring, or maintaining integrated solutions within Zoetis IT landscape.
- Coordinate with developers and other members of the development team to implement integration solutions, share knowledge, and address technical challenges.

Education and Experience

Education:

- Bachelor's or master's in business management, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

- 8+ years of combined SAP O2C experience with multiple full life cycle implementations.
- Profound understanding of data management principles, coupled with exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in life sciences / pharmaceuticals industry preferred.
- Domain Expertise in Commercial Processes and solutions, Order Management and integration with upstream planning and downstream logistics processes.
- Solid grasp of Order Management functionality, Customer Master data, Customer Hierarchy and integration with other SAP modules like Vistex for pricing, Hybris integration for Order to Cash.
- Experience dealing with key integration areas in Planning, Intercompany sales, Finance, and Logistics are fundamental.
- Demonstrated experience of various IT practices, international projects, including but not limited to project management, operational service delivery, large project implementations.
- Experience participating in complex End-to-End SAP implementation and migration projects, including S/4HANA transformations.

Technical Skills Requirements

- Analyze, cleanse, and enhance enterprise business partner master data, enabling efficient information flow across users, departments, and systems.
- Identify, propose, and influence technology solutions to build and maintain the optimal data and infrastructure architecture to support the reporting requirements.
- Experience with configuration of SAP ECC 6.0, CS, and SD modules in several or all of the following areas:
- Master Data, Customer Hierarchy, Serial profile, and batch management
- Service Notification and Service Order
- Pricing, Vistex & Taxation
- Resource Related Billing (RRB)
- Periodic and Milestone billing
- Customer Leasing and integration with Finance
- Billing and Account Receivables
- Nota Fiscal, Electronic Invoicing, 3rd Party billing software like AVATAX
- Hands-on experience in identifying and working through O2C User Exits and directing ABAP developers. Ability to debug as needed.

Physical Position Requirements

- Regular working hours are from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM EST (ICC Second Shift).
- Sometimes, more overlap with the EST Time zone is required during production go-live.
