This pivotal role is integral to managing all pre and post contract activities for our prestigious residential luxury villa projects. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of contract management, project oversight, and the development of vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all facets of pre and post contract processes, ensuring contracts are meticulously drafted, reviewed, and managed to guarantee compliance and operational efficiency. - Lead project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery of projects within defined scope and budgetary constraints. - Foster vendor development through evaluation, on boarding, and cultivation of strong partnerships with external stakeholders, enhancing project execution. - Conduct thorough rate analyses and lead negotiations with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions. - Supervise budgeting, cost analysis, and detailed reporting to ensure financial accuracy across projects, aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil). - A minimum of 10+ years of demonstrable experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development specifically within the real estate sector.
