Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-groomed, courteous, and professional Front Desk Executive (Female) with 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless check-in/check-out experience. She should be organized, people-oriented, and capable of handling front desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures, guest registration, and room assignment
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Manage bookings, reservations, and cancellations using hotel management software
- Maintain visitor records and ensure guest documentation is completed accurately
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as needed
- Handle administrative duties such as email correspondence, printing, and filing
- Ensure compliance with all security and safety procedures

Key Requirements:

- Female candidates only (as per business requirements)
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- 13 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive or Receptionist in the hospitality industry
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, professional, and customer-service focused
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays if required

Preferred Qualities:

- Fluency in English and local language
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
