Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Front Desk Receptionist located on-site in Ahmedabad. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors, handling incoming calls, and performing general receptionist duties. Additionally, the individual will manage clerical tasks such as document handling, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming office environment is essential.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Strong Clerical Skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
