Job Description: Social Media Assistant

Location: Malad, Mumbai

Working days: 6 days a week

Weekend Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday

Are you a creative and detail-oriented social media enthusiast with a knack for spotting trends and a passion for engaging content We&aposre looking for a Social Media Executive to join our team and help us build a dynamic online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content & Calendar Management:
- Assist in creating and executing social media content ideas that align with our brand&aposs goals.
- Help manage the social media calendar to ensure timely posting across all platforms.
- Collaborate with content creators and other team members to produce high-quality visuals and captions.

- Influencer & Collaboration Support:
- Support the team in identifying potential micro-influencers and content creators who fit our brand&aposs aesthetic.
- Assist in coordinating with influencers and other partners for collaborations.

- Performance & Reporting:
- Monitor social media performance and gather data to help the team understand what&aposs working.
- Assist in creating reports that track key metrics and provide insights for future content.

- Community Engagement:
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Help build a strong and positive relationship with our followers.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in social media management or a related field. Agency experience is a plus
- Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with major social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Content Skills: Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, InShot, etc.) is a plus.
- Trend Awareness: A good understanding of social media trends and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest changes.
- Communication: Strong communication skills for writing engaging captions and interacting with our community.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- A portfolio showcasing your social media work or personal projects.
