This includes data management, ticket servicing, and customer support functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: - Input and maintain accurate data in the Management Information System (MIS) for retail life insurance policies. - Processing endorsements, policy changes, and updates as per customer requests. - Handle payouts including maturity, surrender, and closure in a timely and compliant manner. - Manage and resolve service tickets related to policy servicing and customer queries. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy administration and customer satisfaction. - Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards in all operational activities. - Generate periodic reports and dashboards for performance tracking and audit purposes. Qualifications & Skills: - Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. - 45 years of experience in life insurance operations, preferably in retail products. - Proficiency in MIS tools and policy administration systems. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
