What You’ll Do:

✅ Design and execute strategies that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.

✅ Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

✅ Oversee employee lifecycle programs, from onboarding to alumni engagement.

✅ Leverage people analytics to drive data-informed decisions.

✅ Collaborate with leadership to shape an inclusive, vibrant workplace culture.

Who We’re Looking For:

? Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related fields.

? 7+ years of experience with a strong track record in HR and employee engagement.

? Innovative mindset with a passion for driving cultural and organizational impact.

? Proficiency in people analytics and HR technologies.
