Project Manager – IMS/Core Networks (Customer-Facing, Tier 1 Telecoms) Location: Customer project is in India (Remote based, with occasional travel) Contract Duration: to December 2026 (extendable) FPG are looking to engage an experienced Customer project manager with experience of Cloud Core network projects (IMS, Voice, VoLTE core nodes, SDM, HSS, HLR, SBC, x-CSCF, TAS, BGCF, MGCF, MGW, MSC, MGCF, SDM). This will be a contract position with project to the end of 2026, fully remote based. The Role We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to support a Tier 1 telecom operator in Europe. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Core Network (IMS) projects, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage Core Network projects, ensuring seamless delivery and execution. - Act as the primary customer interface, managing expectations and project timelines. - Drive engagement with technical and business stakeholders. - Project finance/financial acumen, experience, management - Oversee project milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes. - Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure Core solutions meet customer requirements. Key Skills & Experience: - Proven experience in Project Management within the telecoms industry. - Strong background in Core Networks, with expertise in Cloud deployments. - Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills. - Project finance/financial acumen, experience, management - Experience working with Tier 1 telecom operators. - Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
