In light of this, the role holder in Project Management would act as a partner to plan and implement short-term and long-term on-time and on-budget delivery of projects.The Job entails the following but not limited to: Understanding project scope, goals and deliverables of the Projects assigned based on the needs of the business unit assigned.Manage customer expectations - response time and attitude. Ensure high CSAT’s through formal and informal client and stakeholder engagementAnticipate bottlenecks and propose solutions to clients or production teams in advance through effective communicationEffectively communicating project requirements to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion by identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path.Helping the project teams including domain and technical leads to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Liaising with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.Identifying and resolving issues and conflicts within the project team.Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.Defining project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.Developing best practices and tools for project execution and management.Job Specification: Education: Graduate & Post Graduate with MBAWork environment: Willingness to work in a Global Working ModelExperience: 0 to 2 yearsWho are we looking for?
