Job Description Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, while supporting the overall HR strategy of the organization. Responsibilities - Assist in recruitment processes including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. - Maintain employee records and manage HR databases. - Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. - Support employee engagement initiatives and conduct surveys to gauge employee satisfaction. - Help manage performance appraisal processes and employee development programs. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Basic understanding of labor laws and regulations in India. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Organizational skills and attention to detail. - Familiarity with HR software and databases is a plus.
