Team Building Games Facilitator

Do you have the energy to light up a room? Do you bring good vibes wherever you go? Can you energize a group of Millennials & Gen Z with games, fun, and laughter? If yes - we want you on our team at Tyndis Travel, a fast growing startup making offsites unforgettable.
We’re looking for someone who can bring energy, vibe, and fun to our team-building sessions.
What you’ll do:
Run fun and engaging team-building games & activities (we’ll train you in our signature style).
Be the vibe-setter — cheer up the crowd, usually groups of 30 to 100 professionals.
Interact with diverse teams, making every session lively, memorable, and impactful.
Lead 2 to 3 hour sessions that are short, fun, and high-energy. Will be doing it in resorts .
Build rapport and teamwork while keeping the atmosphere warm, welcoming, and charismatic.
What we’re looking for:
• An extrovert with high energy and enthusiasm.
• Strong communicator - clear, confident, and engaging.
• Professional + playful: serious when needed, but always fun.
• Creative and quick on your feet - able to improvise when things go off-script.
• Positive, people-first mindset.
