Job Description Job Summary Shape the future of travel by building digital products that enhance passenger experience, streamline airline operations, and drive growth. Key Responsibilities - Shape the digital roadmap for airline platforms (booking, check-in, loyalty, airport services). - Gather ideas and feedback from cross-functional teams and convert them into product requirements. - Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data teams to execute product ideas in sprints. - Write user stories, manage backlogs in Jira, and ensure timely feature delivery. - Participate in user research, competitor analysis, and feedback sessions. - Support product launches and monitor performance metrics like adoption, conversion, and - satisfaction. - Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and data privacy standards. Required Skills / Must-Have - Technical Skills: Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, Trello - Experience: 2 years of relevant experience or Internship or coursework in product management or aviation - Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration - Mindset: Customer-first approach, eagerness to learn Nice-to-Have / Preferred Skills - Exposure to UX/UI design or data analysis - Understanding of airline systems (reservations, loyalty) - Internship/project experience in aviation/travel - Knowledge of airline operational systems (PSS, DCS, CRM, loyalty platforms, crew/flight ops) Education & Qualifications Primary: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field Preferred: MBA or Master's in Business/Technology/Operations Certifications/Licenses Preferred: Certifications in Agile, UX/UI, or aviation systems (if applicable)
