Job Role - Product Development Associate
Job location- Bengaluru (Onsite)
Take Home - Rs. 26,000/- per month
Role Description:
The Product Development Associate will be responsible for developing new and innovative products, sourcing raw materials and packaging development, supporting the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch. This role involves conducting research, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing samples/prototypes, and ensuring that products meet quality, cost, and market requirements. This is an offline job with 6 days working
Qualifications - Bachelor&aposs degree
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing new products from idea generation to commercialization.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend studies to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with design, R&D, production, procurement, and marketing teams.
Prepare and maintain product specifications, technical documentation, and reports.
Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and samples.
Track timelines and ensure smooth execution of development projects.
Support quality testing and product trials to meet compliance and standards.
Provide regular updates on project status to management.
Assist in cost analysis, feasibility studies, and pricing strategies.
Maintain records of product versions, revisions, and approvals.
