Location work modality Bangalore Mumbai Delhi India Remote Start ASAP Type of Contract Full Time Permanent About Submer At Submer we are redefining how data centers are built integrated and operated with sustainability efficiency and innovation at the core Our technology is designed to reduce environmental impact while improving performance and efficiency We are a purpose-driven company with a passion for innovation and a growing global presence What impact you will have As a trusted advisor you will help shape the AI data centers of the future in India You will design and present advanced IT DC solutions support highly strategic and transformational projects and provide thought leadership training and consulting Working closely with Submer s Design Build team internal business units and ecosystem partners you will ensure Submer remains at the forefront of sustainable next-generation data centers What you ll do Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers partners and resellers across India Design end-to-end data center architectures compute storage networking integrated with immersion cooling Drive technical proposals BoQs consulting documents and RFP responses Deliver presentations workshops and training for customers and partners Collaborate with Submer Design Build sales and product teams to ensure solution quality and innovation Support and influence strategic and transformational AI HPC data centers in India aligned with Vision 2030 Act as the voice of the field providing feedback to improve Submer s products and services Work with ecosystem alliances including NVIDIA Intel Dell HP Supermicro AMD and local integrators to deliver end-to-end AI and HPC solutions Be willing to travel across India and work flexibly in hybrid remote environments What you ll need Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science Electrical Engineering or related field 8 years experience in presales solutions architecture for IT or data center projects Strong knowledge of data center design standards TIA-942 Uptime etc virtualization cloud and HPC Proven experience with AI HPC workloads GPUs and high-density computing environments Expertise in producing customer-facing proposals solution designs and consulting reports Data center certifications CDCP CDCS or equivalent preferred Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building skills Our job titles may span more than one job level The actual base pay is dependent on a number of factors such as transferable skills work experience business needs and market demands What we offer Competitive compensation package reflecting your expertise and experience A great work environment characterized by friendliness international diversity and hybrid flexibility The opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company with a mission to positively impact the world offering strong career growth and leadership opportunities Our Inclusive Responsibility Submer is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion gender gender identity or expression sexual orientation national origin genetics disability age veteran status or any other protected category under applicable law From concept to deployment we create liquid-cooled datacenters that scale smarter run cleaner and cost less
