Job Description Orikam Healthcare India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the Tender Executive. Job Profile: Executive Tender Management - Job Sector : Manufacturing and Trading - Email ID:[Confidential Information],[HIDDEN TEXT], [HIDDEN TEXT] - Location : Gurugram, Haryana Job Responsibilities - Assist inidentifying, monitoring, and tracking tenders(especially GeM portal tenders) relevant to the company's products and services. - Support inpreparing technical and financial documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tender requirements. - Coordinate with thesales teamto gather inputs, pricing, and necessary approvals for timely submission. - Maintain properdocumentation, records, and databasesof all submitted tenders, status updates, and results. - Assist incommunicating with clients, vendors, and internal teamsregarding clarifications and follow-ups. - Ensure compliance with alllegal, financial, and technical requirementswhile preparing bids. - Providepost-tender support, including clarifications, negotiations, and documentation. - Work closely with thetender manager or senior executivesto ensure timely and successful tender participation. - Knowledge of Gem Portal : Listing, Amendments, Vendor Assessment, Brand Approvals etc. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of experiencein tendering, sales coordination, or back-office operations (experience with GeM portal preferred). - Strong knowledge oftender processes, bidding procedures, and government procurement systems. - Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. - Proficiency inMS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)and internet-based applications. - Detail-oriented with strongorganisational and documentationskills. - Ability towork under deadlinesand handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
