Job Overview: We are looking for a Junior Tender Executive to join our team in Gurgaon on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in tendering and procurement activities. As a Tender Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and preparing tender documents within our organization. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 1 year of experience in tendering or related fields, showcasing your familiarity with the tender process. Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to handle document creation and presentations. Ability to manage documents and records accurately to ensure all tender documentation is complete and up to date. Strong skills in procurement and e-procurement to efficiently manage supplier relationships and acquisition processes. Experience in procurement analytics to interpret data and make well-informed purchasing decisions. Competence in legal documentation to review terms and conditions and ensure compliance with regulations. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tenders simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Tendering, Document Management, and Bid Preparation are crucial for this role. Roles and Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements. Coordinate with various departments to collect necessary information and documentation for tenders. Conduct market analysis to gauge competitive pricing and strategize tender submissions effectively. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth tendering processes. Analyze tender specifications and requirements to craft comprehensive and competitive bid proposals. Ensure timely delivery of tender submissions, adhering to client deadlines and guidelines. Maintain and update tender documentation and databases to reflect current project statuses and outcomes.
