An opportunity to work with Guru Ni30 A Fast Emerging fitness brand in India Key Responsibilities 1 Strategy Development Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals Identify target audiences and platforms to maximize engagement 2 Content Creation and Management Design and schedule engaging high-quality content text images videos etc across various platforms Collaborate with designers photographers and videographers for creative content Stay updated on trends to ensure content remains relevant and innovative 3 Community Engagement Respond to comments messages and inquiries promptly and professionally Build and maintain relationships with followers influencers and other brands 4 Performance Analysis Track and analyze social media metrics e g engagement rates follower growth and conversions Prepare regular performance reports and adjust strategies based on insights 5 Campaign Management Plan and execute paid social media campaigns including ad creation and targeting Monitor budgets and ensure campaigns achieve desired ROI 6 Brand Advocacy Maintain a consistent voice and tone across all platforms Promote brand values services and products authentically Required Skills Excellent communication and writing skills Proficiency in social media tools e g Hootsuite Buffer Canva etc Analytical skills for understanding performance metrics Creativity and adaptability to create engaging content Knowledge of SEO and social media advertising Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing Proven portfolio of successful social media campaigns Preferred Attributes Familiarity with merging platforms and trends Experience with photo and video editing tools Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask effectively This role is ideal for a dynamic individual passionate about storytelling branding and building strong online communities Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
