- Social Media Manager We are looking for a creative proactive and trend-aware Social Media Manager to handle and grow the digital presence of our apparel manufacturing company The ideal candidate should have strong content creation skills the ability to shoot edit videos and a solid understanding of fashion-related social media trends Key Responsibilities Plan create and publish high-quality Reels photos and videos showcasing garments production processes and new collections Manage and grow company pages across Instagram Facebook LinkedIn and YouTube Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals and brand positioning Write engaging captions select relevant hashtags and maintain a professional brand voice Capture behind-the-scenes factory content sampling processes and styling shoots Analyse trends in fashion and social media to create viral and high-engagement content Monitor page performance and prepare weekly monthly analytics reports Collaborate with the design and merchandising teams to highlight new styles and client work Respond to inquiries received through social media platforms Maintain a consistent visual aesthetic across all digital platforms Manage basic paid promotions to increase reach and engagement optional Requirements 2-3 years of experience in Social Media Management fashion apparel industry preferred Strong ability to shoot and edit Reels using tools like CapCut VN or mobile editing apps Basic knowledge of tools like Canva Photoshop Lightroom or similar platforms Understanding of fashion trends garment design and the apparel manufacturing process Good communication skills and a strong sense of visual storytelling Ability to work under timelines and deliver consistent high-frequency content Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetic presentation Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
