Job Title: Sales Executive

Locations: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

- Generate sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
- Promote company products to both new and existing clients
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers regarding payments and orders
- Meet potential clients, give product presentations, and close deals
- Provide timely reports and updates on sales performance to management
- Adhere to Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) and consistently meet targets

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of sales experience (FMCG / Institutional sales preferred)
- Must own a 2-wheeler for fieldwork
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent command of English and the local language (Kannada for Bangalore, Gujarati for Ahmedabad)
- Graduate degree in any discipline
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good PR ability to build long-term client relationships
- Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
