We are seeking an experienced Project Manager in the construction sector to lead and manage various construction projects in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

- Plan and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage procurement and contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 8-13 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
