Role Market Development Manager Job Level/ Designation M2 Function / Department Enterprise Location Mumbai Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Core competencies, knowledge and experience: - Distribution Channel Management and operational experience - Strong understanding of Fixed line, IOT, cloud & analytics portfolio - Program management, association engagement, start-up/Incubators engagement experience - Strong analytical and collaboration skills with digital mind set - 8-10 years of experience with strong understanding of proposition base sales cycle in B2B space Key performance indicators[max 3]: - Circle SME & SOHO Budget - SOHO Business -Vertical Proposition Mix 30% contribution & min 50% consumer GTM contribution - Enable achievement of Non-mobility order booking by all CPs (through training/dashboards/campaigns/EPP) Ensuring 100 % adoption by the respective stakeholders for all national campaigns i.e Rededge Key accountabilities and decision ownership - SME & SOHO Retail (D2C & VMS) Business contribution Retail(D2C & VMS)Engagement & Capability enhancement - Drive Proposition Mix - Industry Association & Incubator/Start-ups Engagement - Digital Tools like ESMS - Sales Acquisition & CVM engine - Capability enhancement of sales team Drive Partner program for own and other channels i.e EPP Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience Must have technical / professional qualifications: Graduate - MBA from a reputed Institute.
