Job Summary We re looking for a skilled Ads Manager to develop and execute effective online advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads Facebook Ads and more The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles excellent analytical skills and experience in managing and optimizing ad campaigns Key Responsibilities Conduct keyword research to guide content teams and uncover new opportunities Optimize website content landing pages blogs and metadata for SEO best practices Implement on-page SEO strategies including internal linking URL structure and schema markup Perform regular SEO audits and recommend technical improvements Monitor website performance metrics and track ranking positions Build and manage backlinks through ethical link-building strategies Stay updated with the latest SEO trends algorithm updates and best practices Collaborate with developers designers and content writers to ensure SEO friendliness Analyze competitor websites and develop strategies to outperform them Generate monthly SEO performance reports Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as an SEO Executive Specialist or similar role Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs Ubersuggest etc Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors Knowledge of HTML CSS basics and website structure Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress Shopify Wix etc Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Google SEO Certification Preferred but not mandatory Experience with Local SEO and International SEO Basic knowledge of content writing and digital marketing Benefits Competitive salary and performance bonuses Flexible working hours Work-from-home option Learning and development opportunities Creative and collaborative work environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
