MatchPoint Solutions is a fast-growing young energetic global IT-Engineering services company with clients across the US We provide technology solutions to various clients like Uber Robinhood Netflix Airbnb Google Sephora and more More recently we have expanded to working internationally in Canada China Ireland UK Brazil and India Through our culture of innovation we inspire build and deliver business results from idea to outcome We keep our clients on the cutting edge of the latest technologies and provide solutions by using industry-specific best practices and expertise We are excited to be continuously expanding our team If you are interested in this position please send over your updated resume We look forward to hearing from you This is a large impact role that demands someone who can excel in a fast paced and ever changing environment Location India remote Work Time Zone PST overlap Start Date Immediate Rate preference 25-30 lpa DOE What You ll Do The Infrastructure and Operations Scrum master is a strategic role responsible for the agile delivery of the organization s IT Infrastructure initiatives and daily operations This role is crucial in facilitating the team s adoption and adherence to the Scrum Kanban framework ensuring the continuous delivery of high-quality reliable and scalable infrastructure solutions The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of both Agile principles and complex IT infrastructure environments This position is part of the IT Global Infrastructure Operation team and will be remote A In this role you will have the opportunity to Facilitate all Scrum Ceremonies Organize and lead Daily Scrums Sprint Planning Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective meetings ensuring they are productive and time-boxed Remove Impediments Proactively identify address and escalate technical and non-technical obstacles that prevent the team from achieving their sprint goals especially those related to cross-team dependencies or legacy infrastructure issues Coach the Team Coach the infrastructure team in self-organization cross-functionality and continuous delivery helping them to apply Agile principles in an infrastructure context Promote Adherence Ensure the team lives the Agile values and principles and adheres to the Scrum framework Manage Backlog Collaborate with the Product Owner often an Infrastructure or Platform Lead to maintain a healthy and well-refined Product Backlog including technical debt operational tasks and infrastructure projects Communication Act as a central communication point between the team and stakeholders providing clear transparent and timely updates on team progress risks and health metrics e g burn-down up charts velocity Transparency Use tools like Jira or Azure DevOps to ensure the backlog sprint board and metrics are visible to the team and relevant stakeholders The essential requirements of the job include Experience 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master with at least 1-2 years specifically working with Infrastructure Platform DevOps or IT Operations teams Certification Certified Scrum Master CSM Professional Scrum Master PSM I or equivalent Agile certification Technical Knowledge Strong conceptual understanding of IT Infrastructure components e g networking virtualisation cloud computing AWS Azure GCP operating systems databases Agile Expertise In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies Scrum principles and scaling frameworks e g SAFe LeSS is a plus Soft Skills Excellent servant leadership facilitation conflict resolution and written verbal communication skills Tool Proficiency Experience with Agile project management tools e g Jira Confluence Trello Azure DevOps Travel Motor Vehicle Record Physical Environment Requirements 0 -5 travel as per business requirements MatchPoint Solutions provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race color religion age sex national origin disability status genetics protected veteran status sexual orientation gender identity or expression or any other characteristic protected by federal state or local laws This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment including recruiting hiring placement promotion termination layoff recall transfer leaves of absence compensation and training
