About efficiently efficiently is a productivity partner helping businesses become more efficient One of our core product offerings is Staffing Placement Services we recruit and train global team members primarily in India and place them remotely with USA-based companies We are a dynamic staffing company that differentiates itself by not just recruiting but also by vetting hiring training and managing team members who remain employed with us Our innovative approach extends across various industries including a groundbreaking SaaS product poised to revolutionize the construction sector We are committed to excellence in service leadership and development aiming to foster growth efficiency and success both for our clients and our team Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Assistant Manager for our Outbound Sales Team to oversee 30-40 sales agents engaged in cold calling activities The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets This role involves managing daily sales activities coaching and developing sales agents and implementing strategies to increase productivity and achieve sales goals People leader of 30-40 ISRs and 1 Team Lead with proven ability to improve team and individual performance through effective coaching Experienced written and verbal communication skills Ability to inform teach and persuade through presentation Use analytics performance reporting dashboards and other tools to evaluate improvement opportunities and design measurable plans Use basic project planning and change management skills Foster fruitful relationships with HRBP Recruiting Lead Generation and Sales Managers Experience establishing performance accountability and documentation Values-based decision makers who can lead by example through growth and change Key Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of 30-40 outbound sales agents to achieve and surpass sales targets Monitor team performance providing regular feedback coaching and training to enhance productivity and sales skills Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques to maximize cold-calling success rates Conduct regular performance reviews setting individual and team targets aligned with company objectives Collaborate with sales operations marketing and leadership to ensure alignment on targets campaigns and sales messaging Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Foster a positive and motivating team environment encouraging teamwork and professional development Ensure compliance with company policies industry regulations and sales best practices Qualifications Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing or related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales with at least 2 year in a leadership or supervisory role managing sales teams Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a deep understanding of sales processes and strategies Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales software and CRM systems Proven track record in managing and improving sales team performance Ability to work independently in a remote setting with effective time management and organizational skills System Application literacy Microsoft Suite Salesforce Desirable Skills Extensive Sales process experience US UK 5 years Project Management skills- ASANA or like tools Presentation creation and delivery skills Presenting to mid to large groups Experience designing SOPs and training Process Improvement - Six Sigma LEAN etc Ability to conduct full sales process from lead Gen to contact To learn more about our team and working at efficiently visit xc2 xa9 efficiently All rights reserved 2024 xc2 xa9 efficiently All rights reserved 2024 Powered by JazzHR
