Job Description Cybersecurity Engineer Location: Mysuru Experience: 10+ Years Choosing this role means joining a team where you'll lead cybersecurity architecture and practices across multiple application teams, ensuring compliance and secure design throughout the software development lifecycle. Your Role As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust security solutions across diverse platforms and guiding teams toward secure development practices. In this role, you will: - Design and implement security solutions across cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), web, desktop, and mobile applications. - Develop threat models and recommend controls based on risk assessments. - Guide teams in secure design patterns, microservices security, and container security. - Promote DevSecOps and automate security testing in CI/CD pipelines. - Ensure compliance with SOC-2, GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP. - Coordinate penetration testing and vulnerability assessments. - Conduct training sessions and workshops for development and QA teams. - Serve as the point of contact for cybersecurity across multiple teams. Your Profile - Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field. - 812 years in cybersecurity architecture and engineering. - Hands-on experience with cloud security (Azure, AWS, GCP). - Strong knowledge of threat modeling, secure SDLC, DevSecOps, cryptography. - Familiarity with security tools (SAST, DAST, IAM, PKI). - Preferred certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CSSLP, CEH, GWAPT. Preferred Experience - Exposure to energy or industrial sectors. - Experience in agile environments and global teams. - Familiarity with compliance frameworks: OWASP, NIST, COBIT, ISO 27001.
