As a Marketing Executive, you will drive the company's brand presence, digital footprint, content strategy, and marketing communication. You will be responsible for crafting engaging content, designing visual creatives, running marketing campaigns, and supporting lead-generation initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who is highly creative, has strong design and storytelling skills, understands marketing fundamentals, and wants to grow quickly in a fast-paced tech startup. Key Responsibilities: 1.Creative Content and Graphic Designing - Create visually appealing marketing creatives, brochures, social media posts, presentations, and videos. - Maintain brand consistency across all design assets. - Support the sales team with visually compelling pitch decks and product demos. 2.Marketing Strategy and Execution - Plan, execute, and optimize digital + offline marketing campaigns. - Develop marketing collaterals for product launches, events, and client outreach. - Manage website content updates and coordinate with designers/developers (if needed). 3.Social Media & Communication - Drive daily/weekly content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. - Write engaging copy for posts, ads, emails, and marketing materials. - Track engagement metrics and refine strategies accordingly. 4.Market Research & Insights - Conduct competitor analysis, customer research, and trend analysis. - Identify new marketing opportunities, channels, and brand partnerships. 5.Event & Branding Support - Assist in organizing exhibitions, conferences, and industry events. - Create event branding material, videos, and banners. 6.Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with the Business Development and Technical teams for aligned messaging. - Support lead-generation activities through marketing-driven initiatives. Strong understanding of marketing concepts, digital channels, and content strategy. 4. Creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into visual and written communication. 5. Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills. 6. Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a dynamic startup environment. 7. Basic video editing skills are a plus. 8.
