This is your invitation to rise above the possible Introduction We are seeking a Digital Systems Analyst to join our CNS Global Quality Development team You will be responsible to support and lead initiatives related to continuous improvement of quality process data reporting mechanisms and associated systems fostering a data-driven culture across the business area This includes taking important role on development and implementation of innovative Quality Systems and digital tools Quality 4 0 initiatives You will be part of the digital transformation within the quality function by leveraging advanced data analytics AI ML technologies and system integration to optimize processes ensure compliance and elevate overall quality performance In this position you will report to Head of Quality Data Management Systems This position is mainly located in Alwar Vadodara and it involves up to 30 of international travels Team you belong to You will be part of CNS Quality Development team which in addition of Quality functions plays a critical role in shaping and executing our global quality data strategy We work closely with IT CNS Business Lines Supply Chain and other cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and alignment of quality data initiatives What you ll do Lead and support the development implementation and optimization of data-driven solutions for quality Supply chain systems leveraging advanced analytics automation and digital technologies across Supply chain of Consumable Operation at Metso Design and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI enabling real-time visibility and actionable insights from process and product quality data Drive and develop digital solutions using Power Platform tools such as Power Apps Power Pages Power Automate etc Configure validate and deploy enhancements to the SAP Quality Module ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems and alignment with business requirements S 4HANA preferred Execute Proof of Concept PoC initiatives for automation and analytics use cases applying data science methodologies and tools such as Python or RStudio to model process and visualize complex datasets Drive the adoption of AI ML IoT and Cloud computing platforms AWS Azure or GCP to modernize quality systems and enable predictive quality capabilities Apply Generative AI GenAI tools and frameworks e g OpenAI Hugging Face LangChain LLM APIs to develop intelligent assistants automate documentation and enhance decision-making in quality processes Identify and implement RPA solutions using platforms like Automation Anywhere or Power Automate Desktop to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency Manage digital transformation projects using Jira supporting agile execution through backlog management sprint planning and cross-functional collaboration Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in quality processes systems and reporting mechanisms Participate in Quality 4 0 initiatives helping to identify and implement innovative technologies that enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance Support system integration efforts across global operations ensuring interoperability between quality systems and enterprise platforms Contribute to the governance of quality data by supporting the definition and adherence to standards processes and procedures that ensure data integrity consistency and compliance Travel internationally up to 30 of working time to support global deployments training and stakeholder engagement Who you are Technically proficient in Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform Power Apps Power Automate etc enabling low-code no-code development and workflow automation Strong command of AI ML big data and cloud computing platforms AWS Azure or GCP with practical application in enhancing quality systems and predictive analytics Experience Knowledge of Python with working knowledge of key libraries such as Pandas NumPy Scikit-learn Matplotlib Seaborn Plotly etc for data manipulation statistical modeling AI ML automation and visualization supporting advanced analytics and quality insights Deep understanding of SAP Quality Module including configuration implementation validation and integration with exposure to S 4HANA environments preferred Familiar with Java Angular and Node js with elementary knowhow of full-stack development concepts including frontend-backend integration RESTful APIs and basic UI UX design principles Exposure to Generative AI GenAI tools and frameworks such as OpenAI Hugging Face Transformers LangChain and LLM APIs with basic understanding of prompt engineering model integration and use-case development Working knowledge of Robotic Process Automation RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere or Power Automate Desktop with the ability to identify automation opportunities and support bot development Experienced in Design Thinking Value Stream Mapping Wireframe Design and Business Requirement Documentation with a strong ability to translate business needs into structured digital solutions and process improvements Skilled in leading cross-functional workshops and stakeholder engagements to drive innovation define user-centric requirements and shape scalable digital quality systems Skilled in project management tools such as Jira with the ability to manage agile execution sprint planning and backlog refinement for digital transformation initiatives Capable of executing Proof of Concept PoC initiatives for automation and AI ML use cases demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented mindset Knowledge in data governance and quality systems with the ability to support compliance data integrity and continuous improvement across global operations will be an added advantage Holds a Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science Information Systems Business Administration or a related technical scientific field Willing and able to travel internationally up to 30 of working time to support global deployments training and collaboration efforts What s in it
